Even though we all know that cross training is beneficial, finding the time to fit in fitness, Pilates, and Yoga can be challenging and pricey. So to help, here are three Hollywood trainers to follow if you want to do it all for free!
Desi Bartlett, Nicole Stuart, and Andrea Orbeck have teamed up to offer an incredibly effective way to train. Their training comes in the form of free 15 minute classes on social media. Additionally, in each of their classes, these Hollywood trainers to follow include free access to the 5 main components of fitness:
- Cardiovascular endurance
- Muscular endurance
- Muscular strength
- Core Training
So let’s get to know our three Hollywood trainers to follow!
Firstly, let’s meet Desi Bartlett M.S. CPT E-RYT. She has been teaching yoga and wellness for 25 years. With a passion for sharing the joy of movement, she quickly realized that the world would need an outlet for anger, frustration, and sadness in 2020. So Desi believes that finding peace and calm on the inside can help us reestablish a deep sense of center.
Secondly, we have Nicole Stuart. Nicole has worked with some of the biggest names in Hollywood. Her mindful approach to Pilates and movement is well-known. Nicole believes that a healthy mind is the foundation of a healthy body. Her encouragement and positive attitude is a bright light that hundreds of class participants look forward to each week.
Finally, we move to Andrea Orbeck, also known as “the muscle whisperer.” As a former national Canadian athlete, she guides clients and class participants through cardio drills and fitness exercises that sculpt and strengthen the body. Due to her deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and dedication to continuing education in the field of exercise science, she has been able to quickly garner the loyalty of her clients.
Desi, Nicole, and Andrea have teamed up to bring you Yoga, Pilates, and Fitness three days a week on Instagram live.
Yoga and Pilates are very complementary formats. Thus, Desi and Nicole teach together 2 days a week for 15 minutes each. While this might not sound like a lot of time, the consistency and intensity of the workouts bring quick results. In addition to this, Andrea offers a kick-booty 30-minute fitness and cardio class on Sundays that sets the tone for the week. Each instructor brings her expertise to help you get it all in. In other words, these workouts are feel-good while still being a lot of fun. Additionally, you will be joining hundreds of people from all over the globe each time you participate!
These workouts are free for the rest of the summer. They are offered as a gift of service, to help everyone through these challenging times.
