Every creative entrepreneur has the opportunity to open their own store and sell their stuff.
What can I sell?
Anything and everything that has to do with "BEAUTY" in any shape or form. (Restrictions apply to illegal, "naughty" or other items that are listed on the "stuff I can't sell" page)
What do I need to do to create a shop on HBM?
It's easy and free - you just have to sign up.
Can I contact the seller?
Yes, you can contact the seller by visiting the sellers HBM store. You will find a contact form on the left hand side of the page.

How much is it to list an item in the store?

Does HBM charge a monthly fee?
How much is it to sell an item?
You keep 90% of the profit from the sale of your item.
What payment methods are accepted?
We process payments with PayPal, an external payments platform that allows you to process transactions with a variety of payment methods. Funds from PayPal sales on HBM will be deposited into your PayPal account.
How about the shipping cost?
Every seller on HBM is able to set their preference on who is paying for the shipping. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
What shipping methods are available?
Each seller can set their preferred shipping method in their individual HBM store.
Do you ship internationally?
Every seller has a different policy. You can connect with the seller and ask him/her all your questions.
Is there stuff I can’t sell?
Yes, you can find a comprehensive list of items that you cannot sell under the "Stuff You Can't Sell" page. This can be found if you scroll to the bottom of the website.
Can I track my orders?
Yes, you can scrolling to the bottom of this page and clicking on "Tracking My Order". Then enter your order ID and the billing email.
How long will it take to ship my order?
It depends on the seller. You can contact them directly for more information.
How do I publish my article?
First make a free HBM account, when logged into your HBM profile, you can submit the article to us by clicking on the “submit article” button in the top menu bar.
What happens to my article when it is submitted?
Once we receive your article, we will designate one of our team members to proof read, edit, optimize and publish it for you.
How long will it take for my article to be published?
Usually you can expect your article to be edited , optimized, and published within 24 hours. If we are extremely busy, however, it could take up to 3 days.
I accidentally submitted the wrong document, what do I do?
Contact hollywoodbeautymagazine.com with your concerns through the “Contact Us” portal and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
How do I friend someone?
Click on the user’s name and in the right corner click “Add as Friend.”
What’s the difference between posting on the network and posting normally?
When you post on the network, your post will also appear in the regular stream. But when you post into the regular stream, your post will not be shown on the network stream.
How do I join a group?
On the left hand side, under community, click on “Groups.” Then you can either search for a group to join or click one of the ones listed. Hit the “Join” button on the right hand side of the network listing.
Can I connect my already existing blog to the blog function (“My HBM Column”) on HBM?
The function of this feature is to act as an album for all of the articles you have published. You cannot connect an outside blog here.
If I post in a group, will it show up in my general post stream?
Yes it will. But If you post in your general stream it will not show up in the group.
How do I see if I have any notifications?
Go to the left hand side above “My Profile” and click the small envelope icon.
If I send a message through the “Contact Us” portal, how long will it be until I get a response?
We do our best to answer you in 24 hours, but if for some reason we have a lot going on you will for sure hear from us in 3 days.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Click “Forgot Password” and enter the email address that you signed up for the account with.
How do I change my profile picture?
Scroll over the avatar picture next to your name and click on it when the camera appears. You will be able to upload a photo from your device.
How do I change my cover photo?
Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the cover photo. Then hit “Modify” and you will be able to upload a photo from your device.
How do I update my profile information?
Click on “My Profile” on the top menu bar, then click on “About” on the left hand side. From there, you can choose what information you would like to edit or you can hit “Edit All” on the right hand side.
How do I upload a video?
To upload a video on your profile, click the arrow with the Youtube icon on your profile. Once you have uploaded this video, it can be found in the Audio and Video tab on the left hand side under “My Profile.”
